Inside, it’s a shop filled with colourful arts and crafts by current Quebec artists.
Outside, the work of artisans of Quebec from another era, reflected in the window – the artisans who hauled and shaped and cut the stone for the historic building right across the cobblestone street.
Past and present intertwined; the warm glow of evening light, the work of artists reflected and celebrated.
And, all of it presided over by a rather charming, ceramic rooster!
Très festive!
Et, très gentil!

One of my favorite subjects – layered reflections, that through their combination, create something new. What a lovely collection of warm golden lights – both interior and exterior. Festive indeed!
